擦(ca)片(pian)  在用HCl清(qing)(qing)洗完硅(gui)片(pian)后,可(ke)能還會在表(biao)面吸附一些顆粒(li)。一些制造商(shang)選擇PVA制的刷子來清(qing)(qing)除這些殘留顆粒(li)。在擦(ca)洗過程中,純水或氨水(NH4OH)應流經硅(gui)片(pian)表(biao)面以帶(dai)走(zou)沾附的顆粒(li)。用PVA擦(ca)片(pian)是清(qing)(qing)除顆粒(li)的有效手段。
